get_forecast_window¶

transitforecast.get_forecast_window(size=<Quantity 30. d>, cadence=<Quantity 2. min>, start=None)¶

Get an array of times in JD to forecast transits.

Defaults to an array covering the next 30 days at 2-min cadence.

Parameters

sizefloat or ~astropy.units.Quantity: Size of the forecast window. Defaults to days if unit not specified.
cadencefloat or ~astropy.units.Quantity: Cadence of the times in the forecast window. Defaults to 2-min if unit not specfied.
start~astropy.time.Time: Start of the forecast window. None defaults to now.
